Telehealth Psychiatry in Portland, Oregon
Psychiatric care from your couch in Sellwood, your office in the Pearl, or your car in the Costco lot. No waitlist measured in months.
Why Portland patients book with a Bend provider
Because the Portland waitlists are brutal. Three to six months for a first psychiatric appointment is common. I see most new patients within two weeks, by video, licensed in Oregon, in-network with the plans most Portland employers use.
What I treat by video
ADHD evaluation and medication management for adults, teens and kids 7+. Anxiety. Depression that hasn't responded to the usual. PTSD. Mood disorders. The overlaps nobody caught.
How telehealth works here
A secure video link, 60 minutes for the first visit, 30 for follow-ups. Prescriptions go to your Portland pharmacy. Labs, if needed, through any Portland-area lab. Everything follows Oregon's telehealth and prescribing rules.
Insurance
In-network with Regence BCBS, UnitedHealthcare (Optum), Aetna, Cigna and Providence Health Plan. Self-pay $375 evaluation, $250 follow-up. Superbills for everyone else.
